The rooms offer fantastic views, and the location is just a short distance from the city.

Wow. The Gold Experience really has something. Great service. I think the room was not different from the normal booking, but still very nice. There is a separate breakfast room where you can get snacks and drinks in the afternoon. The building of the hotel is breathtaking.

We found the bathroom too small for 5 stars.

Our room was spacious and beautiful, also it had an electronic key card, coffee/tea making equipment and a work desk. The location of this hotel just off Ottawa was best possible. The staff was very helpful and amicable, everything was first-class.

We enjoyed the Gold Lounge very much, especially the appetizers that were served between 17 and 19h. Also the served breakfast was the best we ever had in North America.

The hotel seems a bit old-fashioned here and there and our room had a connecting door and was therefore quite noisy because of the neighboring room. We also heard the neighbors next room, even without an intermediate door. For the money paid, you can expect more here. The bathroom was very small in relation to the actual room.

The location here is fantastic, just a 10-15 minute walk from Peace Tower.

The staff could have been more informative about the perks included in the Gold experience.

The minibar was well-stocked, and the great location allowed me to easily explore the surrounding area by foot. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.

The entrance was overcrowded making it difficult to navigate through cars and valet. the service at the restaurant was slow and overpriced, and the appetizer was not warm upon arrival.
